The options felt kinda limited to me... I was hoping for more package choices, but there just weren’t that many to pick from!!

We went mostly for the arcade and attractions, so it was disappointing to find a bunch of games either out of order or not working right. One machine even charged our card twice, which was frustrating because we were already spending a decent amount there.

The staff was friendly when we finally got someone, but it took a while and the place felt way too crowded for how many things were actually open. I wouldn’t say it ruined the whole visit, but it definitely didn’t feel worth what we paid, and I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation for the wasted credits and hassle

Race day went smooth. I kind of expected it to be a mess, but the lines moved okay and people seemed to know where to go. I guess if I didn’t get confused too much, that means it was well organized.

So... yeah, the wait was longer than I expected, which was kind of frustrating at first. But once we finally got in and everything got going, I actually had a really good time. Would’ve been better with a shorter wait, but still fun overall.

The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated, but overall the visit was average. Nothing terrible happened, but nothing really stood out either. I also got a couple of those canned "sorry for the inconvenience" type apologies, which felt more like a script than someone actually addressing the issue. Nice people, just an okay experience

Just a warning for anyone thinking about booking this for a work group or bigger event: our experience felt rushed and disorganized. The staff seemed a bit lost, and our races ended up starting way later than scheduled. It made the whole outing feel more stressful than fun.

I had a decent time at Octane Raceway. The racing was fun, it got way more competitive with my friends than I expected... which made it a good laugh. But, yeah, it did feel a little short for what you pay. It’s definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon, just not somewhere I’d be rushing back to every weekend

We had a good time overall, and it was definitely fun, but the safety briefing felt rushed, like they were just trying to get everyone moving. I didn’t feel like the staff really checked the belts that closely either, which made me a bit uneasy. There were also a couple people bumping way too hard, and it seemed like it took longer than it should have for anyone to step in. So yeah, fun place, but the safety stuff could definitely be handled better..

I had a good time overall, and my kart actually ran well, which made the ride fun. That said, the seat felt worn out and not the most comfortable. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but a little maintenance would definitely make the experience better.

I tried booking through octaneraceway.com it was a pain. The pages were loading slowly, the available times weren’t very clear, and at one point I couldn’t even tell if my reservation actually went through. I ended up going back and redoing parts of it more than once. Also, the way the pricing showed up made me wonder if there were going to be extra fees added at the end, which didn’t help. For something that should’ve taken a few minutes, it felt like way too much hassle. Not the best first impression.

I mainly went for the track, it was a fun time. The layout has a nice mix of faster sections and tighter corners, so it definitely doesn’t get boring after a few laps. That said, a few of the turns got cramped when people started bunching up, which took away from the experience a bit. I get that some of that comes with the territory, but I’d still hope they’d offer some kind of credit or compensation if it affects your run too much. Overall, it’s a solid setup and I’d probably go again...

Got there a little early check-in was way smoother than I thought it’d be. The staff found my booking really fast and explained everything without making it feel like a whole big process. We only had to wait a tiny bit for the wristbands, but it wasn’t bad at aaall. Good start to the visit.

We had them help out with our company event, it just felt like things were in good hands from the start. The staff was easy to work with, stayed on top of everything, and helped the whole event run smoothly.

The track itself was fun and we still had a good time, but the customer service could have been better. I emailed with a question about my booking and did not hear back until late. When I asked about it again at the front desk, they seemed a little annoyed. It was not a terrible experience, but I did expect the staff to be more helpful.

I was actually happy with my visit. The food turned out better than I expected, the drinks were nice and cold, and the service was quick. It felt a little pricey, but overall I was satisfied and would stop by again

The karts felt way too slow, barely faster than riding a rental bike. It made me wonder if there was some kind of upgrade or extra fee needed to actually get the faster experience, because what we got didn’t really feel worth it

The facility, though, didn’t feel very clean. The tables were sticky, there was trash on the floors, and the bathrooms looked like they needed some attention. Maybe I’m a little picky about that stuff, but it definitely made the whole visit feel less enjoyable.

The staff seemed fine overall, so I’m not trying to be too harsh. I just hope they start cleaning more often, because for the price, I expected the place to be kept up a bit better.

I booked a birthday party here for my son, and I left with mixed feelings. The kids did end up having fun once they finally got to race, but getting to that point was frustrating. Check-in took longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure what was included in our package, so there was a lot of waiting around.

The party room part also felt really rushed, and we didn’t get much help unless we kept asking for it. I get that places get busy, and there were definitely some good moments for the kids, but for the price, I expected the whole thing to feel a lot more organized. I probably wouldn’t book another birthday party here.
